To maintain a low-risk, two-day auction process we require a prequalification process to ensure that potential bidders have the financial resources to perform their obligations. Winning bidders post a 10% hard-money deposit within 24 hours of the auction ending. This allows for a transparent bidding environment, certainty of execution and concrete end dates.
